Thanks for the thoughtful reply! I concur with much of your thinking. Though acknowledging the market efficiently prices assets. Should many of your statements come to pass 7bln isn't unthinkable... But it's tough to see that reality given the amount of time that elapses during the process and the other unknowns that can filter in.
