A while ago we argued about MYEC having the right to file a lawsuit against Zipmark. At that time you said the court will drop the case.

The case wasn't dropped by the court.

Now, you have a problem with Zipmark fighting the lawsuit. It's very simple. Facts won't change if Zipmark fights the lawsuit or not. They will pay MYEC :)
