I wonder if MCIG will be able to lock down VTCQ shares in a way which would limit the O/S like Paul did with MCIG? They are not going to sell all those tomorrow or even next year. Paul helps the MCIG O/S so much by converting them to preferred. It wouldn't have to be all their holdings. If only 100 million were converted, the pps would gain accordingly.
