That is above my pay grade but I would think not. All the creditors and bond holders would need to be made whole. The problem with new options is how to set a value. Option prices are generally set above the perceived current value to "incentivize" the work force. If set too low it cost the company. With a company coming out of bankruptcy I do not know if Black-Sholes works.
