Imo Eddie's still in charge--just not publicly named

Per his "disclosure" 10 days ago, Eddie announces SUTIMCO has been moved to Wyoming. He also laid out a deal to "make whole" the globally locked shareholders of PRPM (which he and Luther ran).

Check the PRPM (Luxuriant) filings. Luther ain't named.. Eddie is. The total A/S... 12 BILLION. Then there's this little tidbit-->

2 classes of the following Preferred Shares:

1. Super K Class - 1 share with %69 Super Vote with no conversion provisions [any guess who owns that?]

2. H Class - 9,999,999 shares no voting rights and no conversion provisions

Super preferred F class of shares - 1 share with super voting share that is equaled to 65% of the vote, the shares issued to Mr. Edward I. Vakser

Imo the only PRPM shareholders who will ever be "made whole" thanks to SUTI are EDDIE, ANGIE, SCOTT and LUTHER.

No one's "gonna miss Eddie" because he's not leaving.

This is still HIS SCAM and will remain so regardless of who he decides to employ as CEO.

That other company is Eddie Vakser's NRG INC warehouse in Dallas. What sort of "existing relationship" could SUTIMCO have with a failed energy drink company other than the moron who owns and runs both?

Eddie has three months before his felony trial (admitted to for the first time ANYWHERE on the same page 5). Imo he's busy installing family and loyal foot soldiers into official positions because his conviction will prohibit him from running ANY SEC regulated company. Again.. that doesn't mean he won't remain as puppet master.
