Who exactly is SUTI "shacking up" with?

Well, well, well..." SUTIMCO "has an existing relationship with another company?
" It appears that company is (supposedly) none other than Eddie's failed "wrestling" energy drink company known as "NRG INC." Eddie Vakser just published that disclosure update on SUTI--> https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=131837

On page 5 under "Describe The Issuers Facilities" Eddie states that SUTIMCO "has an existing relationship with another company whereby the company will share the rent at a [15,000 sq'] warehouse/ manufacturing facility located at 1233 Roundtable Dr, Dallas, TX 75234..." Eddie deemed this news to be so momentous he underlined the entire paragraph.

Investors might like to know that two other company(s) Eddie claims SUTI has "an existing relationship with" on that same street are his own PBS HOLDINGS [PBHG] and 3D ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS [TDEY]. Both are supposedly tenants in the same building located at 1322 Round Table Dr.

However, Eddie identified SUTI's new location will being 1233 Round Table Dr. Page 6 of the disclosure reveals the other tenant at that location to be NRG INC-- a "beneficial shareholder" of SUTI to the tune of 100 million shares.

Alert readers will note that Eddie mentions NRG INC in another of his penny scams.. Auri, Inc. [AURI]. Page 7 lists "Significant Shareholders" --virtually all of whom are companies owned by Eddie, sister Angie and her husband Scott Tassan. You'll note the following discrepencey in this report dated 11/7/14-->

I believe Eddie is intending to park SUTI with NRG, PBHG and TDEY all on Round Table Dr. If not the he has been evicted AGAIN for the umpteenth time and simply slithered up the street because...

IMO THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL FAST EDDIE VAKSER IS RENTING "TWO" BIG WAREHOUSES 100 YARDS APART.. AND INTENDS SUTI INVESTORS TO PAY HIS RENT."

Imo SUTI investors will be paying the bills for one of Eddie's other failures.
Take PRPM from which Vakser recently claims to sell 3-D Thomas Kinkade prints, a magic "water to fuel" scam, "Jazz candles," De Vie Sun (a failed aloe-vera miracle cure-all elixer) and any other garbage he has leftover from his other failed scams. TDEY has an equally long and worthless array of ventures. You'll note that neither Vakser nor any of his ventures ( including NRG INC) owns ANY real estate NOR does he declare any taxable "Business Personal Property" in Dallas County as required by law. THAT FACT ALONE TELLS YOU HE'S EITHER GUILTY OF TAX EVASION --OR-- HE HAS ZERO TANGIBLE ASSETS DESPITE ALL HIS CLAIMS TO THE CONTRARY!!
