It looks like a really good business for us to begin with. About $800 M annually after recent acquisition and about 6-8% EBITDA, GM% in the 40's BUT do see about a 15-18% average in uncollectibles, but i guess that is part of their business model. Very few earnings though to use up $6B in NOL's, which leads me to believe that the company must take on at least at 3 to 4 times the size of this company to use them within a reasonable time frame.
