The current count is now 246m. The Authorized level is 300m. They can't dilute past 300m without putting out a vote and receiving a positive response from majority shareholding.

As to what happens if we max to 300m with increasing the AS? That will get interesting. For one thing there will invariably be a run because they won't have any more shares to dilute. Shorting will therefore become too dangerous and will also stop. Would be great for all of us at that point.

Negotiation will have to happen though because the notes would be in default and unconvertible.

I really don't see us getting to that point personally. The dilution has slowed right down and we just have someone playing some last minute games to max their money while the company takes a while to inform us properly on next steps.
