I'm a newbie here and trying to understand a bit more about stocks.
ECIG's O/S is roughly 242,000,000ish as I've been reading on the board, correct?

My question is, how many shares can a company issue before they are "capped."

And theoretically speaking, when they are capped is there a historical reference to what the result usually is? (I know the results are different for each company, but on average).
