Regarding potential withdraw of ODD through EMA even though at this point it is speculation since the withdrawals in question do not mention company, it is not uncommon for any pharma to withdraw its application. We all know who Gilead is, and if you go through both 2013 & 2014 EMA documentation anyone will see a mydriad of major league leading pharmaceuticals who have withdrawn their applications. These major pharm's would rather withdraw, than to be denied. They simply put their "ducks in a row" by supplementing the original request with better certainty of success. Anyone can access the EMA, and when doing so, see all the major pharm's who have withdrawn in the past. Nothing new here folks, and just part of doing business.
