vodka, yes, rockie is correct in that being born into a family as he suggested. Then to answer your other question, there is one simple word that will ultimately explain Escrow Share Account owners being totally excited versus those who own none or few and that is RECONCILIATION of the now expired (9/25/2014) P&AA.

When reconciliation either starts or is finished in total, then you and others will finally understand that in Delaware bankruptcy court and with FDIC "R" that they can legally keep assets off of the bankruptcy balance sheet, this legally making the case look like liabilities > than assets when just the opposite is true in a this specific case of former 350 billion dollar organization called WaMu. Remember, former WaMu had tens of billions in assets over liabilities and this is no secret.

I will not rehash this as there is tons of evidence on this board as well as other forums showing how this can be done. The explanation of why this is challenged so intensely is to me obvious...actions clearly explain rather than research.

It would appear to me if one was aligned properly, they would dig for the truth here as many investors have done over time proving our case beyond any doubt IMHO. This also explains Susman/Willingham's actions...most here did not even know about the six year close out until about a year to a year and a half ago. This shows why Willingham/Susman had just laid back - that was part of the deal.

Sit back and relax as there are very powerful investors here who will make sure this is handled and the players follow through - we just do not know the exact time line.

Nobody ever said making millions of dollars was fast or easy unless you were a member of that lucky sperm club!

Have I told you lately how much MORE and MORE I love my Escrow Shares?
