Stunning !!!!1 Thanks !!!! LE/GOV, with the current domestic security concerns, could easily resort to a "Certify as you fly" concept. The bad guys are not going to wait 4 years. And the "oil ships at sea" don't need certification outside the 12 mile limit and into international waters. YOU are on top of it !!!!!!!!!!
