Um, And what, pray tell, will GTAT"Q" exist on until this Debt is Paid?

Surely they can't survive as they had while now splitting Owed Sales to
Apple when prior to all this mess they were counting on that revenue as
Whole and Intact. Now they are only getting a very small percentage of
each Furnace sold. ( if they actually sell any )

GTAT"Q" must have seen this debacle on the horizon.

No wonder they filed Chapter 11.

How easy it it to cancel that Chapter 11 and file Chapter 7?

This might be on the GTAT"Q" Table as we speak.

Might want to ask the Judge this:

What are the repercussions in the event
GTAT"Q" fails to sell these Furnaces which
are now considered the collateral base of
this Settlement?
