Those images are clearly labeled as being produced at MESA.

Could GTAT have sued Apple for defamation? Do stockholders still have a cause of action for this against Apple if equity does not emerge intact?

I think the answer to these questions is YES, and one more reason why Apple will want this to come out nicely in the end.
