His salary would not be part of a deal with an investor. We're not talking about some family-run small corner shop where the Uncle gives some money and insists his son gets a job. Let's get real here. $250K is nothing at these revenue levels. He either succeeds and we are all happy or he won't get to earn the salary for long anyway so who cares?
