I agree; O'Neill and Anderson were hired for this specific reason; we as shareholders, will witness more coherent financial decisions moving forward as the company has now hired the requisite expertise well equipped to handle financing for micro-cap companies.
O'Neill structured these last few moves--from here on out the debt will be managed properly.
Another interesting point is the fact that Mr. McCormick was retained by the company to function in another capacity - he was not fired or dismissed. This, in my opinion, is evidence there is no malice or "bad blood" between the former CFO and the company and that Mr. McCormick, by staying, believes the ultimate outcome will be successful.
