It's not a lot to get "excited"about as D'Couto likes to say. They only got paid $165K. They don't have a contract to go any further.

We are very excited to have met this critical milestone to completing the licensing agreement which we expect to be a significant contract which the Company will update at the appropriate time.

Also has "forward looking statement". He always sugar coats so nothing to get "excited" about IMO
