Why is ECDC operating with an expired-Business-License??

$ECDC 10-Q report shows good progress. GL!



How exactly is this good progress? It makes absolutely no sense given the amount of shares issued for CEO-Kayode to not pay his license fees.

If true, I surely hope that the CEO Kayode and his board members aren't taking a salary right.
