Could be a possibility of complecations coming or FDA needing more thus delays to be announced. To which might be causing rumors of some contemplating jumping ship and going to better managed companies and leaving RGBP. Therefore ensuing the increased pay and or shares passed out to retain those who may be considering leaving due to something coming thats to the negative of whats been expected from FDA.

But then again. Could be something very positive is on the horizon and this is to lock those into place.

Anyone guess at this point.
