Just my thoughts, but any energy plan that comes into effect will be beneficial for CHAG. CHAG is just so undervalued (IMO) that there's really no way for the stock to go other than upward and onward. Hey. . .if this OTC BB stock can actually declare earnings within the next 12 months. . .it is virtually impossible (considering the energy sector) for the stock to remain in the penny stock range. I just want to see Shane and Ashraf. . .deliver the goods. Geesh. . .where's our oil news?
