NAMPA, Idaho, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Oil Processing Technology Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EVOP - news) announced today that Sierra Pacific Power Company (NYSE: SRP - news) is negotiating a contract to purchase electric power generated from Environmental Oil's 30 megawatt power plant that will be built in Storey County, Nevada. The contract to supply northern Nevada consumers will begin on August 1, 2001 and end on December 31, 2002, at which time the contract is renewable.
