Suggestion to ihub members- regarding escrows-
First word of posts regarding escrow - lead with Escrow
Commons lead post with commons.
ie.e

escrow- i think escrow are golden
Common- i think the NOL and the DTA are the key to our future!

Kind of like other boards will lead with OT- on off topic or tangential issues.
This keeps posters interested in each topic yet does not weigh down readers with posts that are truly irrelevant to them

I am new investor- and only curious on the escrow issues. so i could more efficiently use the sight by avoiding escrow back and forth whether they are worth something or not.
