The only thing that bugs me about VLDI is its high debt relative to cash position. And they will need more money down the road, hence more dilution. Their O/S is growing and I don't want to see a R/S. So I'd like to see revenues/profits soon otherwise a year from now we could see a R/S to bring the financial statements back in sync to attract a buy (acquisition). I've been criticized before with other penny stocks for harping on the risks of an R/S. But more times than not I've been right. VLDI needs customers and revenues soon to contain the debt issue. I'm still holding.
