So it was about 5 months from "very soon" to get an update (July 30-Dec. 9).

Mr. Schaefer would also like to add that we are very serious about adding value through avenues such as mergers and acquisitions, and are working hard on all fronts to add shareholder value. We will be updating shareholders very soon.

Wondering how long "shortly" might be?

Mr. Schaefer further stated, We are working on company updates a new company name with stock symbol and web site and will be done shortly.

Looks like some folks are getting impatient.
