Upper, contrary to what some have thought, retail's vote has never REALLY meant anything regarding the actual power, who controlled what, when and now. The Creditors and power players have controlled from the onset and retail's vote now and into the future always has been and always will be a vote that in the bigger picture does not matter as is the case in most large public ally traded corporations.
