When the ranting and raving ends or becomes minimal with an OTC like VOIS, the Rah Rah Rah crews come crawling out of the woodwork in numbers.
Boatloads of shares get unloaded onto newbie or "Averaging Down" retail and by default, cuz more own shares, the Rah Rah crew gets bigger. It has been rewarding to see many of the previous VOIS Rah Rah's, share their insights lately in reference to the inadequacies of VOIS's management..
