Did BMAS take care of that 211 submittal to FINRA so that they can clear you for the pinks? The Pink Sheets is at the mercy of that 211 from the way I understand it.
I really do not get this 211 thing as you filed that thing several times to FINRA. What the heck can they further need from you in regard to a 211 submittal as they declared to you that as soon as the form 10/audit is filed they will satisfy the 211. (2 months went by). So what else do they need? Are they pumping you for more answers even after the comprehensive form 10/audit filing and additional 10Q filing. If they are, IMO they are a bunch of turds.

Thanks, Tim- obviously not much I can say without publicly releasing first; however BMAS is doing everything they have committed to do and in good time. To clarify -- YES we submitted an application before, but things have changed-- new financials, we're an SEC filer, etc. - so the old application simply does not satisfy application requirements-- That said- the NEW application, as explained before, must go in as a REPORTING COMPANY application (otcbb on the application) and the application filed previously was for a non-reporting otc company; hence the new submission.
