Logan and Chattooga counties still list Student connect on their public web sites. I doubt highly they would list this company if they had no products from them. Even if it is in a testing capacity. The fact that 2 school districts list the product validates the existence. The 8-k announced that product was shipped to Lebanon. I doubt Kay wants more government beef by lying to them on an 8-k.
The real question here is will the advertisement part of the idea generate enough income for the product to flourish. That has yet to be determined. The revenue aspect of the Student Connect idea may have to be revamped. I would go more on a government grant line, and try to get government funding.
Good luck to all stock holders, and stuck holders!
