I highly doubt JN will release MP or cell news of which both would be center stage attention grabbers to the OTC market. I could understand releasing the 10K report then uplisting within 10-20 days of that. Once uplisted then show your real hand in the most public media garnering places with investors getting to see and hear JN during financial market interviews. JN sold me lock stock and barrel in the first 5 minutes a few years back. I bet there are some heavy hitters who know jim has a tiger between the tail and they are just waiting for invitations to join him which right now is against their investment policy! The percentage of gain potential is exponentially higher on company developments once uplisted.

Make no doubt about it JN will do what is in the best interest all who are counting on the rise in stock value down the road. He will come through as he is a most genuine CEO IMO
