I see no valid reason to release good news now before the R/S.

I think that releasing before the split would better reward the existing shareholders.

Without a doubt the news items would cause the pps to catapult to much higher levels from where it is now. The point is, this would be without the help of the institutional investors. Then once the price stabilizes, and not giving it time to drift downwards, you then do your Rsplit. This then forces the institutions to buy in at higher levels and quite possibly a second catapult in pps.

So I would rather the institutions be brought in at the highest prices. This would be a better stabilizing factor to the price and give us, the faithful small investor, a better ROI before the institutions get their manipulative hands on things.

I also think it’s silly to believe the releasing of news before an uplist shorts us in any way. There is no law saying that we can’t repeat summary news after a uplisting. In general, the more news releases we get, the more market attention we garner, and you know what that means. So we got a bunch of idiots here running around crying fluff. Big deal. I can put up with that because every time we “did” get a slight bolster in pps just when we seemed to need it.
