I agree. Do a 40 for 1 split, meet NASDAQ OR NYSE requirements and then release the news so that the investors that we really need to buy in will be in a position to do so.
I see no valid reason to release good news now before the R/S.
No matter what the R/S ratio is, we will each end up with the same % of ownership of the company after the split.
This leads me to believe that we will see the R/S before the end of Feb and before the closing of the MD Energy deal.
