"The search warrant exercised on ERHC Friday, and the related investigation, has nothing to do with the Sao Tome Attorney General's report or reaction by US authorites to it. The report was rejected by the JMC and by both presidents. Indeed, a few weeks ago, the Sao Tome Attorney General wrote formally to his counterpart in Nigeria asking him to halt any investigations prompted by the report and/or requested by him and was closing the matter entirely.

This has a higher political origin relating to people in both the US and Nigeria that ERHC may know or have had business relationships with and linking back to the ongoing investigation of the actions of a certain congressman.

ERHC's positions in the JDZ or it's contracts with companies in each block are not being challenged or questioned, nor is ERHC the focus of the investigation."

his 25 plus years in the Oil patch have provided him with influential contacts at the highest level of many Global wide Oil Corporations.

Ergo He is very well connected in the industry !!

Look for ERHE to pick up the ground this week that it lost
because of Friday's warrant issue saga.
