Simple.

1) I want to own one of these. I will put it to good use. It will have more value to me and may appreciate in value over the years. Certainly it will do better than a share of Liquidmetal bought 12 years ago.

2) The paperweight, which you said was not made by the Engel machine, does nothing to me or for me as an investor. It is totally worthless (which is why they were giving them away)

3) Ultimately, it will be those marketing a liquidmetal product who will be able to prove the viability of liquidmetal as a useful material in the marketplace.

4) I am betting more on Miltner-Adams to deliver than I am on Liquidmetal, because M-A is setting the standards and they won't settle for a crap paperweight demo by LQMT, but will insist upon their specs being made and orders timely delivered.

5) I have a similar eye for quality as Richard Miltner and I will be able to judge what is injected molded and plopped out of the Engel machine ready to go, and how much further process was required, if any, beyond the sharpening.

6) Finally, if further dilution comes before this product goes to market I want investors going to the next ASHM to be not only forewarned, but.....
