Chrion, this is another one that will be completely CD free soon with one note that converts at 0,009 per share. Only a few can comprehend how important it is for a OTC issuer to be convertible debt free! Dilution KILLS and this company actually paid off the notes and saved over 30MM shares from hitting the O/S. That is impressive.

We're waiting on acquisition news next week.
