"Right now auditors from Marcus are looking at the 10K for 2012, they are also listening to what Wang and his advisors had requested Rottenberg to do (which Rottenberg refused to do), and I am sure the Marcus people are talking to the Rottenberg people about putting Rottenberg name on the 2012 financials so that the filing can take place quickly. Some type of agreement will be worked out so that Rottenberg gets those $40,000 owed them and the case will be closed peacefully. "
