The fact that $OCLG paid off convertible debt to save 30MM shares in additional dilution and have plans to further pay off debt is huge. This does not happen often in OTC land. I can name 100's of issuers that diluted shareholders to the tune of 3B to produce less than $100K in revenues, LOL.

This one is a keeper. Waiting to review their upcoming 10Q!

Will be doing some additional review of $OCLG's last 10Q.
