My god Pennyworld, you are a piece of work...

Your "hedger" instincts are in full bloom here:

On the one hand, you want to bash CTKH because they don't have a patent to protect their product, and could lose again like Texas Instruments Calculator fiasco...and that's very "scary"...

...and on the other side of the hedge...

...you say "and if they did have a patent, then that could make their technology available for being stolen from oversees patent infringers. You know, if they had a patent on the books..."
