Laranger--Thanks for the reply. My feeling is that if the ICC had approved a Samsung award by the end of April, we would have learned about it by now. For instance the IDCC/Nokia award would have been approved by the ICC court the last week of June 2005 and the public release was on July 1, 2005. Since the first week of May has passed, I would assume that the ICC did not approve any final Samsung award last month. GIven the time that has already passed from the close of the hearing and the fact that IDCC now has settled with Nokia and presumably notified the arbitration panel, I hope that the panel will render a final award with enough time to submit it to the ICC court by the end of this month. Therefore, I think that we may have to wait until the first of June before we learn of the Samsung award.
