Good question. As far as I can gauge, every penny stock pimp in North America has been pre-loading this lamentable scam with the insider knowledge that such a PR was about to be announced.

Elsewhere on the Internet you can see clear evidence that the D Team $30 a day crew have been lining up WDRP for a massive pump and dump for over a week now.

Anybody buying and holding long-running criminal fraud WDRP (with its entirely fictional CEO "Eric Brown") will lose every single penny they gamble.
