if money is coming in from europe and off shore doesn't that suggest payments from shorty and not money from a buyer?

but i'm not familiar with big names in the european mining business....

Tony-could be but also dont forget China keeps much of its $$ invested out of the country so the funds could be diverted this way but thats JMO.
