1000 share paint jobs are an illusion ..... Without news or a group who realizes the float is locked ... and pushes it, this stock will hover between .0007 and .0009. Once it does move though a lot of money will be made by those who have loaded at this level. To many bid sitters and little interest right now though. Take out these 8's and 9's and maybe a few scanners will alert traders
