Thank you, Phin; I appreciate the kind words. IF the manipulation of this stock due to dilution and excessive shorting ceases and the natural trading cycle ensues, we should move steadily up from here.

In any event, dilution and shorting will only be temporary problems as ECIG is nearing the number of authorized shares (A/S) (300 million) which, once attained (we currently have in the range of 225-245 million currently in the tradeable float), two key actions will occur: dilution will have to cease, as there are no additional authorized shares to issue, and the shorts will have to cover their positions.

The basic economic rules of supply and demand will then take effect. As the supply remains static (no additional shares can be issued once the maximum A/S has been attained), and the short covering will ensue thus creating incredible demand, which, in turn, will lead to substantial price appreciation of ECIG shares. Based on the timetable of the current rate of dilution, which has slowed remarkable during the last two trading sessions (resulting in a price appreciation with lower overall trading volume), I foresee this all unfolding before the end of January, which is before any vote to conduct either a reverse split or permit an increase in the number of A/S can be held.

I think we have turned the proverbial corner in ECIG with the past two trading sessions.
