I have a question for you. The concept of buyback comes up in almost every pink sheet stock I've been involved in.
I can see how this would benefit shareholders, but what's in it for the company?
If they spend $5M buying back shares, what do they get out of it?
Why would they dilute the stock with the intention of spending all the money to buy it back later?
