Actually we may want this Equity Committee... PinkBu, you have worked with a lot of bankruptcy stocks,
(1) Have you ever heard of a judge not creating an Equity Committee because he/she believed so strongly that shareholders were going to be made whole that it wasn’t needed?
(2) How often is an equity committee not allowed yet shareholders were made whole (or received some form of dilution)?
