I doubt VFIN is a debt holder in LIBE. In some stocks it´s only a retail market maker. If it´s dilution he would dump, but he shows always what he has and never lower the ask or dumps into bid.
I see only few bad trader here, NITE/ETRF who think it´s smart to lower the ask.
