I think that this one is on the chopping block for sec suspension. Apparently all of the past issues with stock promoter Bruhjell and his sidekick Serge Talon created a road block for these new people moving forward. DD on the dynamic duo for Universal Resources is not too hot anyway. Another shell destroyed by Jeffrey Bruhjell. What a surprise.

Guess this is dead. No filings since march 14 and a stop sign
