He's positioning the A/S for the worst case scenario. Should all else fail he can buy the CD's and own the company pretty much lock stock and barrel (no pun intended). Personally I don't believe we'll get to that point and from the 17th on we'll see the truth behind the curtain. Anyway I'm off to see a wizard. GLTA.
