How do you know for sure the 6 billion increase was to clear CD? I think Chris knows he needs to come out with some kind of news soon that is going to raise the price a little that way it slows down dilution. Whether they decide to RS or not if he doesn't entice investors with something they are going to blow through the extra shares in no time and once again increase the AS. All we can do is speculate and wait but I really suspect we will get some kind of semi-big news sometime this 1st quarter of 2015.
