And these potential manufacturers have to make a judgement on whether or not the new product is worth the cost of adjusting their manufacturing facility to produce them. That cost, which could be significant, along with training personnel and loss of production space for their original panels are tough calls. There is so much we don't know. For the new manufacturer its a big, big gamble.
