Well, if I am a solar company IE: SCTY, SPWR then I damn well want to know exactly what the energy output of a new panel is before I ever offer it to my customers. IE: Independent testing. This is not a model S that you are selling to the public, it is a product you are selling to another corporation who happens to be solar installers.
